Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries

Loved this place. It was my first time there. The service and the food was great!

This place is well managed, with a cheerful and attentive staff of pink ladies ( it is 50’s themed). The food is not disappointing, and I am a hard critic. Give them a try a see for yourself. Bonus if you download their app you get a free milkshake and what’s better than free? Nothing!

A nice little throwback food place to the old days, jukebox and milkshakes, leather jacket and slick hair. Only issue I find is the Prices of the Burgers by themselves. Sweet tea and Fries were good.*Update*, After opening the To-go Box and getting a good look at the burger, these guys didn't mess around with the meat on these Burger's, And I got the Double cheese Burger all the way Andy Size! It was juicy 😋 and seasoned very well. After having to, (but only a little bitl), struggle to eat that last bite after eating the Fries and Drink. I'm a very happy and Full customer 😁. So because of this, I'm changing it to 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Thank you, and keep up the great work!

Amazing food! Although workers were a bit loud while conversating, it didn't disturb me. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good burger and ice cream.

Really enjoyed this restaurant. Shakes are good and I love the custard. Burger is really good, but mine was a good bit thinner than the burger I have had previously at another hwy 55, otherwise it would have been 5 stars :)

Our experience was great! Our waitress was very courteous, respectful, and fast. The food was awesome. There was 6 of us, and all of us enjoyed the entire experience.

First 3 times we wete there to eat was a 5 star. The last 2 times we were there to eat we were very very disappointed. The waitresses and cooks were not trained to do their job. Terrible service and food. Orders were wrong both times. Took a long time to get our wrong order and it became impossible to explain to the waitress the order was wrong. One visit it was so bad customers were getting up from the table and leaving because they didn't get waited on.

This was our first time here even though we've driven past it many times. The restaurant was at about 2/3 capacity, so we got a table very quickly. The food took a long time, but there was only one person on the grill and two servers. The food was tasty, but the interior was a little run down. The atmosphere seemed very subdued. Maybe it was the lack of music? I don't think we'll return here as there are many other restaurants around with similar food offerings. Our sever, Gracie, did provide us with excellent service.

Nice little place to stop in and grab a quick bite. A little pricey for the food you get, but its always fresh and hot. Their specials are a good bet, like the .99 root beer floats!

Delicious cheeseburger, fries not very hot, but overall a good place to eat.

Only had shakes and Sundays at this visit but they were very good.

My waitress was very nice & attentive. The ladies room was pretty dirty. The hand towel dispenser didn't work. The restaurant itself faired in being clean. The food was ok (fries, onion rings & burger). The BLT that I ordered was delicious. I don't think I will be back though.
