Hungry Howie's Pizza

The owner Anthony does not care about his paying customers he would not even get on the phone to speak with me after I spent 20 mins just trying to order and after paying they called back 25 mins later which I did not hear my phone so an hour went by thinking my pizza was on its way when in fact they dont even service this area which is 1.5 miles from the location. You would think they would tell you that after spending 20 mins giving your address and then paying. He could have at least spoken to me and said he was sorry for the huge mess up especially since its 10:30 and now I wouldnt get a pizza from somewhere else until 11:30 so thank you for ruining our night! Worst owner EVER I heard him in the background saying he was not going to speak to me.

Idk who they r hiring. Manager came on the phone told me they couldn't do what I asked (I used to get it a certain way before at a certain price) and while I was asking the people in my group if they wanted to still get it, or change the order, he, the Manager, literally HUNG UP the phone. It was not even a 30 secs to deliberate. Rude much?

This is a great Howie's location right by Peabodys in Tampa palms. You can order online. Folks working there are normally pretty friendly. Pizzas always taste amazing.
