Great food good customer service great pizza yum

The associates and manager have really bad attitudes and poor customer service. They get slick with you like you’re dumb for asking a question. Then they don’t greet or smile at anyone. Although my pizza was good, I can’t go back here because I felt so unwelcomed.

Great Pizza and quality products and services.

Clean and friendly. Food was ordered in restaurant and received promptly and fresh. Was very nice because they have seating to eat there as well.

Called for delivery of two subs, the steak and mushroom sub was supposed to have jalapenos added. Took 45 minutes for delivery and the food was cold. My guest called the location and told Maurice that the food was cold and missing ingredients. He argued with her saying "I fixed that myself, it is fixed right." We drove to location to have the order replaced. When we went in, I asked Maurice to show me where the jalapenos were on the sub. He said " I know there's none on there." I said "well you told her that it was fixed correctly so I would like to see the jalapenos." He said, "I didn't tell her that, she don't know what she talkin bout." (Yes he said it the way I wrote it, that isn't misspelling on my part). Unbelievable, lied right there to our faces. Mistakes happen but own it when you screw up, don't lie about it. Unfortunately this isn't the only location with bad customer service. I can see why they have a low rating.

So tired of my food not being right and how rude the staff is! My phone rings and all the guy says is what number, excuse me? I said what apartment number are you so I answered he replied well I don’t see that you sure you got the right apartment number. Finally brings me my food and is so rude! Then my food is messed up!

Got pizza here last night and I must say that it was the best and most tasty yet!! Also thank you for the phone call..us as moms get super busy and don't always stick to schedule! 😬 You guys were great!! Thank you!!

I tried to order a greek salad and the guy that took my order could not understand basic English. He kept repeating these phrases "Wachu say dawg? Ayo hol up? Say what dawg? " I eventually gave up because the guy was struggling with basic communication and obviously could not handle a normal conversation.

My daughter loves this pizza! They do a great job! Fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Thank you HH!

I used to order pizza from this location frequently when I lived in Tallahassee. I came home for Christmas to visit my family & I was genuinely impressed that my # had been saved and registered in the system & I was addressed by my name after several years of not ordering pizza here. The pie was exactly what I expected & I was highly satisfied. My combination wasn’t perfect but what I ordered was exactly the way I ordered it.
