In a secluded area but still off of a main road, it's a great place to go for a quick bite. The Mongolian beef is really good. I would like to try the sweet and sour chicken next time!

My staff and I have ordered numerous times before and they always seem mess up the order. I do like some of the food. Although I’ve had some of the food not taste good or even over cooked. Today I ordered sweet and sour chicken with steamed rice. The food was dull and tart and not appealing at all. I called the restaurant and the man on the other end was very rude and hung up. I wasn’t expecting a refund but simply to make him aware that the food had a distinctive taste and it didn’t seem right. I will never give this place business again. Do yourself a favor and go else where.

I was dying to try Hunan Beijing and it didn't disappoint whatsoever!!! Hot, fresh, flavorful food! The owners were very welcoming and personable—I left with a smile. No wonder this establishment has been this successful since 1985. I left with the lunch special, which you also can't beat at $7.50! Fried rice, an entree, egg roll, and soft drink (soup if you sit-in) made for a sizable, filling portion. It's the best when you have high expectations of a restaurant, and they are met. Do visit Hunan Beijing, and you won't be disappointed. I've found my new favorite Chinese restaurant in the Northwest suburbs.

I've been going to Hunan Beijing off and on for many years - from the days in their old location on Golf Road. But, we mainly take-out from there and don't eat there often.Lately, with the rise of food delivery services, this seems to be one of the few places I regularly order from. Their food is always good and it is hot when delivered. The delivery times have been inconsistent, and I would say the quality of the food has varied. But, even with the variability, it has always been good. And, I believe the differences are due to the delivery times.I usually pick out and describe the foods but have tried so many items it's hard to pick out only a few. Probably my favorites would be their Mu-Shu items, their vegetarian dishes in general, and fried rice. I've rarely had anything I felt was prepared with less care than expected. In fact, I can't recall anything I would call out as sub-par.

good food. three lunch special is a good deal. plus one of the server ladies how she looks and acts like my mom. and on mother's day to have her as on server. made me miss my mom a little more!

The Best!! Service, food taste and price cannot be equaled. Try this restaurant and I know you will be back many times thereafter.
