Visited my friend recently who lives in this apartments.This place is nice and view from up there is great, you can see Hoboken, Union City and Jersey City form the high.Valet guest parking costs $10 but it is worry less and fast.Building inside is clean and nice. Look and feel of the hallways is a bit like hotels but is ok.The staff is really friendly.

The parking lot is really spacious, perfect for dancing and getting a view of the tallest buildings in NYC

Lived here most of my life. The building is nice. But management is horrible. Hopefully it’s better now.

This building is a hidden gem. Having lived in Manhattan all my life and the constant increase in rent both in Manhattan and the surrounding area over the last few years, having found the Doric was truly a game changer. My commute into the city for work is quicker from the Doric than it was when I lived in the same borough. Between the outdoor pool, the private garage, on-site deli, on-site valet dry cleaning, laundry facilities, gym and 24/7 concierge, I have all my essentials right in the building. And the upcoming neighborhood attractions like Trader Joe's just minutes away from us is really something we can't wait for. The building is on the Palisades cliff overlooking Hoboken, Jersey City and Union City, which makes for some unbelievable views as well. All in all, owning at the Doric has been one the best decisions of my life.
