A decent pub that suffers from an identity crisis. This pub has a local, blue-collar feel that is in direct contradiction to its neighborhood. Anyone who's a local is decidedly not blue collar, and yet it's not down market enough to be hipster ironic either. Deserves more than 3 stars but not the 4 stars I'm forced to give.

Just stop by this Pub. The atmosphere is so welcoming. First time here came from New York. I would reccomend this place for sure for anyone visiting Boston. I will definitely came again. I will try the food in an hour or. Give you an update..

In town with my husband for a getaway weekend, talked to a local and she suggested the Hub Pub. We had a great time, The bartender was a trip, he was pretending to be a grouch but he was an amazing guy who makes great drinks, food was also great

Another hub classic. Hence the hub pub. Cool little dive very narrow everybody's clothes hard not to get in conversations with everybody in the bar. Amazing pictures all over the walls in the counters walls bar everywhere is great memorabilia. You don't get the fuzziest feeling when you walk in from the staff but it is what you get in this wonderful city of mine and ours. I love the bean
