Our Shepard mix, Kota, had a beautiful coat that needed a trim. The girl admitted she didn't listen to our instructions, because she ended up shaving off her entire coat (unevenly and sloppily). When we got home we saw Kota had a huge razor gash down her back leg with blood marks. We weren't even informed of this incident when we picked her up and complained about the hack job. Our dog is a nervous, timid rescue who was stabbed in the leg when she was a puppy, so in tears I imagined how traumatizing it was for her to be cut by that razor by the girl who "knows it was a bad cut" and didn't listen to our instructions.

Very clean and very customer friendly would recommend to give Pets and the City a try.

Nobody ever answers the phone!

I have taken my pups to Pets and the City for about 3 years now. They have great availability and have always done a good job. Through the years the dogs have had health concerns and they have always accommodated. One dog was very nervous but they have never had an issue. They like playing in the office after their cuts too. I'm very grateful to have found this place.

Alexis is great with my pet budde.She really shows love and patience with budde and cares and treats budde like her own.She is great with the other pets too!! Positive: ValueAlexis did great with our little Sam. This was our first time coming here but for sure not our last time. Most importantly our dog was relaxed when we picked him up not like other groomer who seem to really upset Sam.

I get squirt cut there he's a Maltese and they take very good care and the pr in great

Alexis was very nice and helped get a lot of matting out of our puppy without shaving too close. This was our puppy’s first haircut and she did it very well.

Love This Place They do a great job with my dog-. My dog loves the owner and never gives me a problem when he needs to go get a hair cut. Prices are Great and so is the service.

Alexis does a great job every time. She is friendly, kind to the animals, and always quick to answer any questions I might have. Couldn't recommend her enough
