It seems that there are two “house of fortuneâ€s; this one supposedly representing the old ownership and appears to have had better reviews; mine corresponds to the new ownership: my first visit was definitely the last! The service was weak (although not busy our server was constantly distracted, watching tv, and we had to call him a few times before receiving attention). The food was inexplicably bad. Can’t believe we spend like 40 bucks on the seafood bowl (picture). Although the portion was quite generous, the quality was absolutely horrible. The restroom was not clean. I‘d suggest this place to whoever I deeply hate!

Wow!! That fried rice...wow!It was delicious. Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Staff is just so nice. We had several dishes to try, including meat, dumplings and noddle soup. All od them very good. 100% recommended this Chinatown restaurant.
