Lots of yummy no vegetarian and vegetarian options . If with very hungry go for the burritos , is so and so quesadillas . They use brown rice. Also vegan cakes . Nice frozen sangria . Great and very affordable lunch menu! Also good brunch options.Very friendly staff. Nice prices . Free salsa and chips while you eat .

I’ve been driving around this place so many times, and i always wanted to try it. And finally i was walking around and i saw it and wasn’t that hungry, so i decided to go in anyway and try the elote - corn, and i consider myself to be a bit of an elote 🌽 connoisseur, i’ve had many of them, pretty much anywhere they have it on the menu i’ll give it a try.And when i got this things were looking good it looked very promising, i liked the spicy mayo on top and when you dig in you see the cotija cheese, but after a few bites it was all watery, as if it was a soup, and i was dissapointed.I don’t know if they always make it like that, but i did not like it.Maybe i’ll give them another try sometime :(The other things i did not try, they are probably good, but i would recommend you do not get the corn :(

Excellent lunch special. Small place but not too crowded. Food service is fast and fresh. Authentic Mexican flavors.

I had the Huevos Rancheros and Grilled Hanger Steak Taco off the Lunch Special ($7.95). Both were very tasty and I will order again. The tortilla chips were standard fare probably purchased in bags—fine, but not special. The salsa, on the other hand, was also very good. The horchata was missing the cinnamon and was far too sweet.

I had the veggie burrito and loved it. I will be back to visit soon on an off night. If you're reading this review then "I approve this restaurant!" Lol give it a try, your stomach will thank you for it.

Good vegetarian Mexican options. Enchiladas, Nachos were good. Portions are enough for 2 people per dish. Staff is friendly. Good shack to have a quick and pocket friendly dinner.

if I could give this place 0 stars I would. me and my boyfriend had a craving for some flan so we ordered a coffee and 2 flan cakes. I was told by a waitress I'll have to wait for her to brew the coffee. while I was in the bathroom my boyfriend saw her taking my up of coffee out of a microwave. The milk was bad and turned and the flan tasted like it's store bought and very old. The waitress was also constantly on the phone through airpods and took forever. Horrible experience, not even sure how they were able to get so many good reviews.

Cool little Mexican spot. Definitely worth a visit. The spicy chicken tinga on anything (tacos, burrito, or just over rice) is where it's at! Salsa is good too. Great garlic kick. Can't wait to come back and try more!

Great hole in the wall Mexican joint with food and reasonable prices are. Chip service is self serve and table service can be suspect.

Don't know quite what to make of this, since their Dad (Yours Truly) is from Southern, California, but...my kids told me that Hotel Tortuga is their "favorite Mexican restaurant--and suggested that I give it âââââââ🌟â🌟....Hey, the rating is in....🙃
