Hot Head Burritos

Shawn foster at the east broad loacation made my whole night! I had a VERY rough day at work and i came in and he was nothing but polite to me and my bf. He made us feel so welcome and honestly made me cry. He even ran out to my car to make sure i got the salsa with my chips. I will forever stay a hot heads customer and things like this make me realize why i love it there.

Great spot to pickup dinner to eat there or for the ride home!

The staff is very nice people.

Big phat burritos and stuff stuffed with all kinds of stuff. They got all kinds of choices and fixings for all kinds of tastebuds. You can have whatever you like, or dont have whatever you dont like. The burritos were big enough to be two meals foreals but I'm not complaining about havin dinner and lunch for t hff e next day too. Good stuff but it made my head hot for some reason. Heh heh...

Great food and even greater service. Shawn is so friendly and helpful. I have been to this location twice and both times the food was so fresh even though it was later in the evening.

It's all about the sauce! Ever been standing in line at Chipotle and got to the salsa and topings and wished for more? Give Hot Head a try. Went for the jalapeno steak bowl myself and it really hit the spot. I'd go back.

Everything good except guacamole dip is nasty. But I prefer Chipotle guacamole dip and chips.

The food was about the same as Chipotle or Moe's Southwest Grill just a little difference in choices.

Excellent burritos, New person on the line needed a bit more training... or just more common sense - but the food was great (with plenty of choices to build your ideal burrito) and so was the price. We had the puppy along and there was shady outdoor seating so no issues!

Great selection of ingredients, need refried beans, light on the meat portions.

There's places with a similar concept, but Hot Head is tops. Better food and more choices - a lot more choices. This is a busy place, which is a sign of the obvious - people like to come here. Come hungry - Hot Head is up to the challenge. If it's your first time, you'll get lots of patient assistance.

Best crew of a Hot Heads, best ingredients, they always have what I want and they are fast even when busy. I watched a guy deal with a dumb customer in a super professional way. Barbacoa, chicken, and pork are winners, steak is just ok but still better than Chipotlé.

No joke... Just great food. It's Chipotle with way more options and great customer service! It's was our first time in and it won't be our last!
