I've only ever been here for brunch BUT it's my favorite place to go to for brunch in Wilmington. There is a great selection of food which is always amazing. They do have an an amazing deal on mimosas and other drinks for brunch. The location is great. Every time I've been here they have low key live music which just boosts the atmosphere.

Great Brunch menu and drink specials. The whole menu looks delicious. Highly recommend the Eggs Benedict , the omelet of the day was Trout and Smoked Gouda.. wow, what an amazing taste combination!! The deviled eggs as an appetizer are over the delicious!! Great service too!!

Extensive menu for Sunday brunch. The food is quite good, service is good. The acoustics are horrible.

$2 mimosas and a great brunch menu. Definitely get the nachos and the burger was delicious. They actually cooked my burger the way that I wanted it... rare.

I absolutely enjoyed the White cheddar burger from this joint! Highly recommend it. The fries are perfect in my opinion and the macaroni and cheese have delicious bread crumbs. Yes I would definitely eat from here again. Best part is they partner with door dash so I didn't have to leave home to taste their delicious food

Just started eating here and LOVE it!! Have been three times now. The BELTC is great. The chicken n grits are good but heavy. The salmon burger was delicious. And the beer selection is awesome!!

Where to start. Hops has one of the best brunches in Wilmington hands down...and if you are a mimosa person, this is the place to get them. I personally opt for the extra large which comes in a frost handled beer mug. For lunch, the spinach and artichoke dip is phenomenal and the burgers are arguably the best in town. Worth every penny. We dine here at least 3-4 times a month. Will actually be back in for Sunday brunch this weekend 😍

I don’t mean to get back to you so late owner, but you’re welcome! Always good here, everything I eat. Just went again and the burger just gets tastier every time. Deviled eggs were also good for a Christmas party themed item because it’s almost Christmas. I also tried some of my mom’s left over bistro steak and it’s so good. Those big potatoes that come with it are just awesome. The place is deserving of every star. I've also eaten the French dip at other times and it's excellent.

The food is always good. We usually go for brunch, and they never disappoint. Service was a little off today. The server must have been new, but was very friendly. He had to ask someone else about specials and other questions we had. Our kids always order root beers, but he said they didn't have any. Seemed odd that we've always got them before, but now they don't have it. Regardless, we'll be back.

First time visit. sandwich was amazing, garlic fries were to die for...seriously

I had not been to Hops for some time and was pleasantly surprised. Our server was excellent. She was very friendly, attentive and accommodating.Our visit got off to an odd start but went up from there. When we requested a seating change, with the host, from a booth to a table we had to move to a different section. That was not communicated to the servers so we had to take our place settings and menus with us. Not a big deal but a little strange.Once we were seated at our new table, the server came over right away and she took excellent care of us drying the rest of our stay.We weren't starving so we ordered all of the appetizers to share...no complaints from anyone in our group but I think the Apple Brie Flat bread, Garlic Parmesan Fries and the BBQ Braised Short Rib Nachos were a huge hit. With the beer and bourbon selection as well, we will be back soon.

Dakota the server was great. My eggs were not cooked right but tasted good.
