Hooters of Spring Hill

In the last 6 months we regularly have been ordering take out. It seems as if the quality of food goes down when you order it to go. Love the wings! When they’re actually made to order. The cook tends to think that a sprinkle of flavor over a large order is the way to go! Buuut, if we dine in, it’s saturated with flavor.. think it’s time to find some place else for some food that’s prepared to satisfy their customer

If I could give this establishment no stars I would!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!!Not only did we wait 20 minutes for a table to clear but when it did people that were known by one of the waiting staff (Dani) was seated even after the hostess advised the table was already reserved for us. Manager was told and he stated all he can do is have us wait for another table.Spring Hill Hooters is one establishment I will never visit again.

Very disappointed...First wanted a wrap was told they weren't making wraps . Order wings & shrimp even more disappointed wings were greasy and no flavor for a medium buffalo. The shrimp we're horrible completely greasy no flavor and were the size of popcorn shrimp definitely not worth the price.
