Hooters

It was very smelly and sticky floor. Looked like had not been mopped in days. We seated ourselves because the 6 other customers that were there... Well it took every server to take care of 6 customers, because after 11 minutes , we were never spoke to or approached by anyone we left. The 4 employees came over to the table as we walked out to wonder why we were leaving. I love Hooters but this location is a disgrace to the Hooters brand. Met 8 friends at the Trussville location the next evening and it was great. Corporate really needs to look into this location. Horrible experience.

If you want to-go service, I suggest you not order at this Hooter location. My order was placed at least an hour and fifteen minutes before closing and it said it would be ready at 9:14PM. Here we are, at 10:12PM and I’m just now getting my order. I called the restaurant right at 9:14PM to let them know I was outside and it sounded like I spoke with the manager on the phone, so they were fully aware I was outside waiting for my curbside order. Mind you, I ordered 8pc wings and fries, something that should not have taken almost an hour to cook. Highly disappointed. Will not be returning. Waste of 20 dollars.

I'm still throwing up from eating there tonight. When you make sweat tea, it's best if you use sugar instead of salt. They did own up to it and apologize, plus they said I could leave that I didn't have to pay for anything. But that doesn't help that I keep throwing up.
