Hook's Fish N Chicken

DT line always long because theirs no sense of urgency. Food is good if they put enough seasoning on it. If you want extra you gotta pay for it...Customer service is terrible. The women that work the DT are almost always rude if you ask questions. As a business that falls on the people who hired them. Be thorough with interviewing. It’s a customer service job, don’t hire women who don’t know how to talk to customers and be friendly.

I love this place. Their hush puppies and cheesesteaks are the bomb!! The chicken is always so fresh and delicious.

Fast drive thru, for food cooked to order. Good sea food to go.

We had the fish, shrimp and conch combo . The food was good always taste fresh . Nice and hot . For the price the portion was good ! Only improvement would be the customer service. But overall very good

They offer an awesome range of delicious food. I liked eating here. Staff members are always helpful, prices are reasonable and the spot is always neat.

This is the best place to get FRESH fish! They are doing something right people. I'm from Tennessee, and when I come to FL on vacation I wanna get great fresh fish. Well I definitely found the spot. I'm telling all my people to come and patronize this place. Ya'll are doing it right.

Not sure how the food taste, but the line up is always long and it smells delicious!! Im assuming its good because it is always busy, and opens late!

If customer service is not their goal I would’ve rated 5 stars . I just HATE how every time I go drive through I feel as if I’m being rushed . I can never finish a full sentence without asking will that be all ? For literally everything I say . Allow me to complete my order PLEASE . !

Decent fried seafood made fresh. Drive thru usually has long lines

The catfish and fries were fresh, hot and tasty! I don't have a photo because it is in my stomach. That is how good and tasty the food was. Enjoy!

I love the conch fried but it's a bit pricey
