Really good food

Good food, a bit pricey

Portion sizes and prices are proportional as they charge slightly more than most places but then their portions are a bit bigger. Food quality is mediocre as well. Go here if you are hungry as the food is very filling. All the food is halal as well apparently.

This has to be the best chip shop in Uxbridge and West Drayton!

Having landed at LHR after a long haul flight headed to this joint after it being recommended to me by various colleagues in the States, well what can I say - 5 ***** All the way for this happening place. Placed the order upon leaving arrivals Terminal 3 and was exactly what I had been craving on the flight a nice traditional English cod and chips absolutely lovely!!!Price was just right and will be returning in 2 weeks when I will be flying back for the same again top lads in that place very professional and very clean work surfaces and in general a lovely joint. The battered sausage was out of this world, could have done with a few more serviettes but who cares very highly recommend this place to others. Fab food.

I have been reading the reviews on this place and what im about to say they will probably reply with the same unacceptable reply with “we was busy” in a prolonged polite way, but ordered from this place as a new client , got the order and they fogot the drink, thing is i know its only a drink but its the principle, when we called they wasnt so bad and polite however at first said “we will put it on the next order” i mean , not sounding like a weirdo and picky but imagine if i didnt have any drinks at home and was eating such a dry batch of chips (cod was good) i feel like poo, eating it, instead of replying sorry it was a saturday night its busy at this time mistakes happen, just get some more drivers, its simple, you might loose some profit but maybe customers will actually come back again, unlike me. Loads of students would like a weekend job and wont ask for alot of pay.

Worst fish and chips ever. The texture of the chips was horrible and extremely oily. The fish had no taste at all. Also i asked for salt and I receive nothing. I want my money back

Don't order via deliveroo the order doesn't arrive!

The food is amazing, the food has always been good but after the revamp the place looks even better while still maintaining their great food. Can b a little on the pricey side however the portion size makes up for it and like others I'm sure, you don't mind paying if the food is delicious !

Had a vege burger! It was really nice. With fresh salad.

3rd time order fish and chips, and its very delicious. fast service, and tasty good.

Just ordered from hooked fish and chips have ordered from them before but tonight was completely dissapointed. The chips were hard my mum ordered a chicken fillet burger and what she got was char grilled chicken with pepper all over it. Also they sell multipacked can of drink for the price of £1.50 and also not received curry sauce. Overall it was a very pricy meal for what it was in quality. It also came slightly late which feel disappointed by this order as I've really like this fish and chip shop previously.

Sumptuous, but nothing exceptionally good about taste

Food was nice, however we were missing one item and received an item we didn't order. Called up to rectify, was told to pay to have the missing item delivered. When we said we'd rather have that item refunded, they hung up. Tried calling back three times, no answer. A shame, as I don't like to support companies with poor customer service.

Stopped using this place about 4 years ago due to horrendous service, but my partner decided to use them tonight for whatever reason, kebab meat and calamari was edible, as for the chips which turned up as a solid potato mush, I am now scared the Americans are going to invade my house and try and take the oil due to the sheer volume! Never again.
