We have no idea how the food tastethe service was so slow it took 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru so needless to say we backed out. We probably won't taste the food if it takes that long to be serv

Never lets me down... Cold fresh lemonade for a $1.. Mixed with grape flavor.. The best... I love the Catfish Nuggets... & Tilapia.. They also have $6 lunch specials.. Tight fit on rush days, but worth it

Hooks on Capitol is very slow with poor customer approach they need to improve there customer service when greeting I'm a delivery driver they never have the online customer food ready for pick up they are rated a big zero on the market.

The chicken wings were really good. I just love the extra lemon pepper!

The food is great!! But it took almost a half hour in the drive through to get a simple order of fries and fish nuggets. Also I thought the speaker to take your order was broken, I was saying hello for 5 minutes until they answered.

This was my 3rd time there and maybe my last. Poor customer service, but good food. I've called to place my order over the phone and arrive just to wait 45 mins for my food that should've been done upon arrival. I don't plan on going back for a while!

Their baked potato is not a real baked potato. Cost is a little high for it. Not really wowed about this so called baked potato. But it is filling; yes I ate it cause I paid for it.
