Hook Fish & Chicken

Been a regular for me for years....since the renovation i can see the focus the team have on presentation as well as really good traditional fish and chips. Love the extra thick cut of the chips. The donor meat is really nice too. All in a fantastic take away with generous portions, always a winner!

Awful service normally don't have a problem but this time food didn't turn up then did and not what ordered wouldn't take food back and give refund

All food here is great here! Have never been disappointed when eating here, as all the food is cooked fresh and the customer service is brilliant! :) ... Best fish and chips in the area!!!

Worst fish and chips ever. The texture of the chips was horrible and extremely oily. The fish had no taste at all. Also i asked for salt and I receive nothing. I want my money back

Ordered via Uber Eats. Chicken Shish salad box, extra chillies. Requested chicken to be cooked well done.Received 4 pieces of pasty looking chicken with no kebab flavour, no extra chillies, no peppers. Salad was mostly large chunks of raw onion.Disappointed

Good friendly service and the large fish always cooked for you, the portion of chips for a large is huge.

I have been reading the reviews on this place and what im about to say they will probably reply with the same unacceptable reply with “we was busy” in a prolonged polite way, but ordered from this place as a new client , got the order and they fogot the drink, thing is i know its only a drink but its the principle, when we called they wasnt so bad and polite however at first said “we will put it on the next order” i mean , not sounding like a weirdo and picky but imagine if i didnt have any drinks at home and was eating such a dry batch of chips (cod was good) i feel like poo, eating it, instead of replying sorry it was a saturday night its busy at this time mistakes happen, just get some more drivers, its simple, you might loose some profit but maybe customers will actually come back again, unlike me. Loads of students would like a weekend job and wont ask for alot of pay.

Possibly the best fish and chips I've had! They do very well with the traditional items and they also excel with their special items. If you are in West London, you have to visit. They also deliver which is a bonus.

Great food, lovely staff, tastes great you can tell they regulary change the oil. Chips are the best and so are the kebabs surprisingly! Only criticism is that they always put salt on the chips even when we ask for vinegar only. But other than that great local chippy!

Quickest delivery ever!....Fish and chips in 15 minutes..and on a Friday night!! Food is brilliant, great quality and always hot!

Really poor service, ordered a few times now giving them a chance but not any more. Always over a hour wait for delivery. Today I called twice first time lady said 1 hour cost £11.50 didnt ask for our address then second time called back to mention our address a man picks up and say the cost is £15. I wouldn't order from there.
