Every time I come into Honky Tonk I am always greeted with a smile not only from the bartenders but also the regulars and other people in the tap room. It is a very relaxing taproom with awesome beers on draft, hot pizza and you can also get a 6 pack of the west coast IPA to take home or a growler. I bring in groups from The Nashville Brew Bus and everyone is always impressed by the beer and the chill taproom. I recommend a visit and meet Scott the owner and brewmaster!

I'm one of the bartenders at HonkyTonk! If you come in on Thursday afternoons you'll see me there :). HonkyTonk is one of the best taprooms to be a part of. I'm always meeting interesting new people with insight and curiosities about craft beer. It's a laid back atmosphere, with a couch if you literally want to lay back... not to mention, the beer is amazing!! The owner, Scott, is a neighborly type of guy, who is perpetually in the brewery. He's always excited to give people tours and have conversation with everyone about brewing. Plus, he's hands on in all of the building and improvements in the bar. All around skilled dude! If you interested in live music, cool taprooms, good people and even better beer (and lets be honest who's not...) then this is most definitely the place for you. So come by. Drink and hangout with us.

Gem of Germantown!

Great place to hang out with a mix of good beers. My favorite is defi nitely the Badonkadonk Stout. Also, the bartenders sometimes bake amazing cookies for the patrons.

I've been working at HonkyTonk Brewing since the taproom opened in September 2014 and I can honestly say I love it! Even if I didn't work there - I would love it. The beer is great, the atmosphere is laid back and fun, and everyone there always has a good time. Week after week, people come in from Metro Center after work on Thursdays and Fridays to let traffic die down. Scott (the owner) makes an effort to meet and talk to every person in the taproom, get their feedback and make them welcome (as long as he isn't in the middle of brewing).I regularly come in when I'm not working, just to grab a beer and to hang out with customers that have become friends. I look forward to heading to HonkyTonk every weekend - both to serve beer and to enjoy the beer!Feel free to talk to anyone working in the taproom and give us suggestions and ideas! I come in regularly for a few beers after work on Thursdays & Fridays with a group of other Metro Center employees, and then I work in the taproom on Saturday afternoons. I genuinely feel like I have made great, new friends while spending time at HonkyTonk. The beer is incredible and it's a great place to relax and have a few drinks. Whether you're stopping in after work, coming off the Greenway, taking part in a Brew Tour, or just looking for some great beer - HonkyTonk is always a good choice.
