It's a little offputting at first, not everything seems professional. But if you're able to get over that, prepare for some of the finest food you can find on Regent Street.

Very expensive, poor portion, 2 simple meals cost $10.00 at china wok. Here it was $35.00.

Hands down best authentic Chinese food in Madison! We love the Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup and Eggplant with Diced Pork in Garlic Sauce.

We ordered online and didn't get any communication on when our order would be ready. We ended up having to call to know when our food was going to be ready. When we did get our food, the meat was so dry and tough, it was inedible.

Menu is limited and food is way too specific... never had such strong combination of spices in the soup?!

The food is ok but the service is so bad. They charged the wrong credit cards from us and when I told her politely, the first thing she stated "It is not her fault!!" I don't wanna blame her. but she is so rude and I cann't accept it at all.

The service was terrible and you need to wait for 45 mins to get a simple dish. NEVER go to this place again.

The food here is some of the best authentic Chinese food you'll find in Madison, even moreso than the likes of Nani. However, the menus are very confusing to order from. There are 3 different noodle menus which all offer the same options more or less, but in different ways. Basically you choose a noodle type (e.g. thin rice noodles, thick udon noodles - there are many options), soup base, and toppings - extra charge for any more than three. They are rather inconsistent with making you write your choices down vs. telling the waitress outright. The restaurant seating is also quite limited. There's only one big table with roughly eight seats or so, and the rest of the 7 or 8 tables only seating 2 or 4. It's legitimately really good authentic food but be warned, you may end up having to wait for a seat as it can be pretty full at peak hours on the weekend and the ordering process can be a headache, especially if those two twins are serving you 😂

This is a hidden gem of Madison. Absolutely delicious authentic food. It's a small space, so you'll want to get there when it's less busy whenever possible, but the food is incredible and worth waiting for a seat. Something for everyone, whether safe or adventurous.

The food is delicious, but it really is a literal hole in the wall. There are only about a dozen tables that seat two to four people. They do a rousing take out business. It helps if you speak Mandarin too.
