Hong Kong Ruby

It was our first time here and we will go back. My friend ordered a complete dinner, delicious and generous! I ordered their specialty, Hong Kong Beef and it was one of the best I ever had. Orange flavor just right and beef very tender. Their egg roll was amazing too.

I ordered broccoli and tofu with spicy garlic sauce and egg drop soup. I like their egg drop soup and the spicy garlic sauce in which they cook broccoli and tofu. Will recommend this place for Chinese food.

I rarely, if ever, write reviews for restaurants. But I gotta admit Hong Kong Ruby has the best Chinese food in the Harrisburg area. The staff immediately when you enter greets with a big smile and a warm welcome (probably the friendliest/happiest workers I’ve ever met). They also recently did some remodeling and the whole atmosphere feels very trendy and clean! Whenever I dine in or take out, service and food always consistent: their chicken with garlic sauce is definitely my go to! But trust me, all their dishes are 10/10. Way to go Hong Kong Ruby!!

I had the General Tso and steamed dumplings. Everything was very good. The fried rice had generous portions of pork and flavored well. The service was extremely fast. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The General Tso chicken was prepared very well, decent cuts of white meat and the sauces paired well not too sweet and not too spicy. When you purchase a dinner combination you get an egg roll and a crab ragoon as well which were also tasty. Interior design is also nice. Has a good warm, inviting feel in this restaurant. Also a little window to look at the cooking staff in the back

The sweet dishes are a bit too sweet for my taste. The egg rolls were my favorite part of the meal. Decent precise for what you get. The service was ok. The people are pretty nice. No complaints.

Delicious Chinese food. I especially recommend the sesame chicken and crab Rangoon. Service was good. Very attentive servers and staff.
