This place has gone severely down hill. My food is super undercooked, my shrimp aren’t done, my pickled cucumbers are just cucumbers and I barely had any sauce even though I asked for regular sauce not light. I literally can never not complain about them anymore so I’m officially done. Hopefully the one in Harbor East has better employees and food.

Update 10/3/18Ordered a create your own stir fry through door dash, only to receive a box of vegetables and NO NOODLES. Called to speak to management and she was adamant that she could not assist me and that my name was not showing up in the system. Weird! Especially in this era of technology, how is it that you cannot locate orders that you are making and sending out. On top of that, how is it that you don’t have any other option to locate an order than by name? I won’t order from here again for sure. ———— Previous Review at 3 starsI always have some sort of weird customer service experience here. And it’s super hard to get extra sauce for your meal! Other than that, the food is amazing. It’s the only reason I return quite frankly. Customer service could be improved.

Thank god for the self ordering cause the people that work here are rude. I placed my order for dine in and i meant it to go cause i have to get back to work, which i apologized for and asked them to put it in a to go container. This older lady with short gray hair decides to blurt out very loudly “it was her mistake not ours” for everyone in the restaurant to hear. I hope her coworkers got a good laugh. That was rude and unnecessary. It’s too many places around here to get a great salad from. I will not returning back.

The wait was longer than expected but it was extremely crowded so understandable. It was great to see where all the ingredients were from. I wouldn't suggest going there for dinner. The portion size seems more comparable for a lunch especially since there is nothing that comes along with the dish. I had the stir fry so I'll definitely come back and try the salad.

Excellent!!! You walk in and put your order into one of the touch screen computers. Then the meal is prepared with excellence.I had an arugula and noodles base salad with added toppings and it was delicious!!! Also the employees are very nice!!!

Customizable food, great vegetarian food, and one of the best options to eat on this side of town

We keep ordering from here 😂😅 it’s so good. Also pretty quick to deliver, and they have their own app which is helpful. We love it... healthy but flavorful!

A nice location. Parking was found surprisingly fast and close on a meter. The store was decently kept, but the lunch rush was on when I was there and witnessed no-one cleaning tables as people came and went. There were several dirty tables at which I choose not to sit and witnessed others do the same and no-one coming to correct that. The food was good and as ordered.

My first visit was great. This second visit, the salad was prepared much differently. I got the Cobb salad both times. This second time I requested extra dressing and ended up with extra blue cheese crumbles, my avocado is mushed up in my salad, and there's no bacon in the salad. Not sure why this order is so off.

The food is great and the staff is lovely, but I decided to write this review as I feel bad for the lady screaming out names of people’s ready orders!! HOW DIFFICULT OR EXPENSIVE FOR MANAGEMENT TO INSTALL A SCREEN WITH NAMES ON IT OF READY ORDERS! Simply add a screen at the pick up side and people receive a message that the order is ready or see their name on the screen!!!!!

Pretty good for a quick lunch that you won't feel guilty about. It can get pretty loud at peek hours.

Great egg noodle bowl with Soy Spice sauce.

These is a good location for healthy food that is cheap and delicious. I get their spicy beef with rice and it's just perfect. Good portion size and really fresh. They do allow you to customize your dishes whether its rice or noodles. They also have their honey bar which is amazing all times of the year but especially in the summer!

The stir fry was great. Ordering from the tablet was fast, simple and also gives you a better idea of what you are getting.
