You know a place is authentic when the servers have their country's accent. This place serves one of the most authentic Japanese seafood in Cali. It's always crowded and wait time can get long, but it's totally worth it. 😋

Once a great Zagat rated restaurant...that was before the ownership change. Now it's just another Irvine restaurant serving frozen fish, dry chicken, and shoe leather steak. You can find the same food in any Irvine strip mall. They even short you on salad dressing. It's no longer worth the wait or the money.

If you sign in on an app, you better put your place in about an hour early, and you HAVE to check in with the host staff, no matter how busy they are. Because they'll keep skipping you, and make you wait an extra hour.
