My ham only last a few days, because it's all eaten??? my family and friends love HoneyBaked Ham. Been buying for over 20yrs.
If using a conventional oven, cover the entire ham (or portion to be used) and heat at 275 degrees F for about 10 minutes per pound. Place a shallow pan with water on the rack below the ham for additional moisture.

I don't know about the mold situation in the store but I do know some people are more susceptible to getting sick quicker from it than others.
That is the way you pay.
Just cut off the mold and enjoy.. ?
