I think they do.
Remember it's a buffet, it varies but last time I went they had steak brisket ribs in a nice variety of salad toppings and sauce cheese enchiladas fish. I personally overate myself with the cheese enchiladas which I decked out with a bunch of ingredients.!!!??

Not sure about two people but when my family and i went, it was under $50 for three people. So most likely less than $50.
Between $8 and $13 a person. Drink is a extra $2.25
Sadly they have closed the doors , no more hometown.
No one knows why Hometown shut down there is speculation that feds closed it
