You can enjoy the assortment very well. Some dishes did not taste good, but were generally satisfactory. Seafood is falling a little except salmon.The tempura is fried, but for some reason only the prawn gets out of it. When asked if there are prawns, one or two will finally come out. The crab, beef and some of the seafood are amazing. The other cooked foods are so so, so it’s only worth the buffet price if you like crab. Crab in Hokkaido is probably the best I’ve eaten.

Breakfast and dinner buffet has variety of choices. Dinner buffet has sashimi, king crab legs, wagu steak, bbq seafood, soft icecream. Soybean cheese was very good.Very crowded restaurant, sometimes long waiting line.

Awesome Japanese hotel buffet with sushi, snow crab, wagyu beer, beautiful salad bar and fun desserts. Great if you want an easy meal after skiing or snowboarding, but not super fancy.
