Terrible!!! Literally the worst experience. I dont know what happened, because 2 years ago this was a great place to eat. I had sushi and felt sick to my stomach, about 45 min after. We had a large party and 10 out of 12 people got sick about the same time as I did. We had very poor service and the cook threw a utensil when cooking and almost hit a girl, missed her by an inch. Absolutely will never come here again.

Hokkaido is a great experience for anyone that wants great hibachi grilled foods! Our chef, Dan was absolutely amazing with each patron and his food was beyond delicious! This is a new favorite of mine in the Saginaw area and recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a nice sit down place to eat and have some great laughs!

I didn’t get the chefs name but he was really funny! Great cook!!!! Didn’t give 5 stars bc the drinks were watered down but really good food. Just as good as Benihana

Wasn't bad but bathroom was disgusting, dining area was dirty you could clearly see they don't clean well. Our waiter looked like the walking dead and didn't have much of a sense of humor. Don't like that you can't decide what kind of dressing to go on to the salad. I don't really know what's in the soup, but I did not eat it. The chef however was great. He kept us entertained and was funny and made an effort. I don't know his name and I feel bad but he worked at Genjis in midland he said and has been working there for 5 years. But he did great! Great asset to the restaurant. Definitely satisfied with the food he made!

Well I'm changing my review of this place. They were at 5 stars but that changed. We have been going to bogo%50 off for probably the past 3 months. We have dined in and take out and great service. However this last time things changed. We always have the same order and it comes to around $26 and this time it changed it was $31. We get there and we ask and they now charge 75 cents for spicy mayo. This is the first time they every done that. Let me remind you we told them no soy sauce or wasabi so they would have saved money. Which come with it. Yet they still want to charge us, then they say only some rolls would come with spicy mayo. This is the first time this has been said. And the staff I felt dealt with it very poorly.

Food is amazing, service is ok. Specials are also nice!
