Hokie Smokie Brisket & BBQ

This place is absolutely amazing. Anybody that says it’s bad is wrong. Cook came out and made sure everybody was doing great and made sure our food was good. The people here were happy to be there and made sure we were well taken care of. Food was amazing!!

Friendly. However, service was slow. Food was good, but not exceptional. Disappointed that the waitress asked the 11-year-old if they wanted additional food, who said no, the parents said no, yet the waitress brought the food and charged for it. Probably they've lost these 12 patrons and whoever we might tell. Make sure you pay only for what you order.

Yummy!!!!My husband and I were so hungry today, hungry for some good smoked barbecue. We heard about Hokie Smokie and when we pulled in and saw the smoker out back we had a good feeling. The pulled pork sandwich was on a toasted bun and the meat was tender and juicy with a great smoky flavor. The sauce was not too hot or too sweet, it was just right! The fries were hot And CRISPY and the slaw was homemade, better than mine! Wanted to ask the owner for the recipe when he stopped by our table to see if we needed anything. Oh, and the beer was ice cold! So good! We will be back for sure!Brookie
