Love love the foods here!! Their sizzling rice soup is the BEST! We also splurge on the Peking duck order. The egg noodles that come with that order is simply perfect. We often ask for extra $3 of noodles so we can take home for the next day's lunch!! My personal favorite dish is the braised tofu with shitake mushrooms and mustard greens. My kids like the dried scallop & egg whites fried rice. My husband always orders the salt and pepper spare ribs. Customer service is awesome. The waitresses are always friendly nice.

My favorite Chinese place to date, Hoicin is located in my neighborhood and I visit pretty much monthly. Great for dine in or take out, the service is friendly and the food is consistently delicious. I will get the house chow fun gravy style and it's enough for 3-4 people easy.If you dine in, I enjoy the house green tea.

Excellent food, decent prices and friendly staff willing to take custom orders.. ie, I love their egg drop soup but I have a hard time digesting baby corn and spinach due to health issues. They've always accommodated both my needs and wants. They're one of only 3 Chinese food places I order from and one of them doesn't really add up quality wise. Panda Express is something for those that want a decent meal at a decent price, while Hoicin is for those that want an excellent meal at decent prices. But that's just my 2¢
