Shrimp appie was fair, small shimp in small bowl with slightly hot taste. Great onion rings.The owners and staff are very friendly and food is great.Order any of their foods and you will be pleased.A good restaurant experience is definitely about the food. No arguments on that.

Gotta love this place. Even if you miss them at Octoberfest you can come here to get your fix anytime! This was my first time in and the manager and server were very gracious in apologizing for not having my order readily available. Our service was so good you would have to be a complete jackass to complain for the food taking longer than usual. Many thanks.

Everything is delicious and some of the best beer in town. Very festive during weekend nights as well

The food is always delicious, and the environment is always great. They often have live music as well. The sauerkraut balls are delicious! Try them with the sweet Bavarian mustard instead of the honey mustard.

Fun environment good food and good service

I admire this spot! They have high class meals, they have a nice menu, The cook in that spot is well trained, I love very much trying all their food. The dishes are consistently tasty, the service towards the customers is nice. I visit often this place and I not even once was unsatisfied. I recommend it with no hesitation.

Holy sauerbraten batman!!!!! This place is off the friggin chain good!!! Good beer, good atmosphere and the food!!! The food is so good if you raise your plate over your head your tongue will beat your brains out trying to get to it!!!! If you come to Columbus, OH and don't stop here you are wrong!

Came here on a Fri for lunch. First time. Thought the atmosphere/dining experience was quite a bit better than "the other German" place. Although, there wasn't the loud music/band that I read in other reviews. Food was really good. The chocolate cake was heavenly! I lowered my stars because of the totally inappropriate dress by all the women hostess/servers. Have some modesty & cover up!! As a grown woman, I find it degrading & offensive to walk in & have "pushed up, half naked breasts" staring at me. Not sure if I will be returning. Seemed expensive spending over $60 for 2 people.

Favorite salad bar in Cbus! Fresh ingredients with a wide array of selection. Salads are also large portion sizes.Very deserving of a 5-star review. This location is cozy, bright and chock-full of healthy (and good-for-the-soul) treats. Veranico Kitchen offers a long list of signature salads and sandwiches, but I chose to make my own with kale, sautéed mushrooms, broccoli, beets

Happy hour beers for $3.00 for a half liter. Had a late lunch with a Pretzel Sandwich (hot ham and cheese), very good. I recommend it. Comes with crispy French fries. I had a couple half liters of Dunkel which is well made. If you're not really a beer drinker, try one with a shot of pineapple, raspberry or blueberry to make it better suit your palate. Not for me, because I'm a purist, but might be a fun shot for you. If you're in a major party mood with friends ask about a ShotSki.

Loved the atmosphere here and the live music that was playing during lunch. They also have one of the best Reuben sandwiches I’ve had in a long while. Will definitely be back!

We were going to arrive just before they stopped taking orders, so we called ahead. They said they could accommodate us no problem even if we arrived after the order cutoff. Super helpful and friendly, delicious food and beer. If looking for good German food, look no further.

Ordered via grubhub and sadly my cream puff was missing. I called and spoke to the manager who was very helpful but I was sad to miss out as it looked amazing. These things happen though. Schnitzel sandwich was delicious; arrived nice and hot and was a decent size. I would definitely order again if I were in the area.

I attended a short evening event there on its 2nd floor, the (Germany) food was really not impressive even though it was presented in quite a professional manner and with dedicated waitresses. Well, it does has free nearby indoor garage parking so it worth one additional star.
