Ho Ping House

Usually our meals are excellent and hot. The flavor was good for our main course. The sampler was disappointing. Crab Rangoon was oily and cold, the burner wouldn't stay lit and the beef was tough. Dinner came and rice was hot, the main meat course was barely warm. We will mark it down to everyone has a bad day every now and again. This was the 1st time we were disappointed and we've been coming here for years

Service could have been better.

I really liked their food. I went inside and was seated immediately. I must've gone during a slower time for them, but the service was great. I would go there again.

I love this place. The cashew chicken is always loaded with cashews. They put a horseradish type sauce on the table and its amazing but it will take your breath away.

Ho Ping house had the best American Chinese food in South Bend EASY. When my Chinese coworkers fly in from China, they insist on going here and here only. Fabulous place.

As a new international student here, I highly recommend this chinese restaurant. Great food, staff and atmosphere.

I hate leaving less than stellar reviews. We (two of us) were here earlier this week. It wasn't very busy, but our meals came out several minutes apart. My food was gorgeous but poorly seasoned. The server was not attentive. We will likely not be visiting again anytime soon.

Seven Stars Over the Moon... I paid for it. However, unless you enjoy picking the crusty tail of shrimp out of your mouth (it's hidden by breading) I wouldn't suggest eating it. It didn't have a lot if flavor either for a $20 plate of food...for ONE!?

This place is AMAZING! The food here has no comparison in this town. Beautiful atmosphere and food served with that 5 star artisan touch. I highly recommend for any romantic or business meal.
