They roast each vegetable on its own before putting it all in the curry. It is curry soup, a little different from normal Japanese curry. Normal Japanese curry is thicker and has a milder flavor. Really good :). And the ice cream is good too

It has just opened in July of this year. The interior is bright and beautiful with a simple interior and full of cleanliness. The window is large, and you can see Lake Toya from there. Three young female staff members are working, but they are all excited and feel good. The oily amount is large, so cooling it will increase the oily feeling and make it more severe.I thought it would be better if the soup was served hotter or the bowl was warmed.In addition, the rice seems to be stiff enough to have a spice alone, but the rice is strangely hard and does not have a good texture.
