Each "individual" hot pot serving was enough for at least 2 to share! Generous portions, great depth of flavor in broth (I got the #9 extra spicy), and heaping veggies and meats. If you want spicy flavor without the heartburn, Medium spice is perfect. Friendly service.

Very rude. Usually I don’t post review but this time I feel the need to. My gf and I came first and waited. Then a group of Chinese speaking showed up and they were seated before us. Then we ordered right away Bc we already knew what we wanted. The group ordered after us and they got their food before us. Then I requested to speak to the manager and they declined. Very poor service. They did not even apologize. Will never come back to this place.

Hi! No, each hotpot is already built and the raw meat cooks quickly when they bring it out in the pot. No raw meats on the side unless you request or order extra :)
Price vary by menu item ordered, not by amount of people
