I hate to state the bleeding obvious, but if i had to use one word to describe this place, it's BUSY! What a massive station and the times I have been there during peak hours, it's a huge rush of commuters. Being a foreigner with lots of luggage tests the patience of even the most laid-back Tokyo worker. It's actually not too difficult to find your way around though, as it's extremely well sign-posted. Just be aware of which train lines you need to use otherwise you could be walking in circles for hours!!

There were lots of food and souvenir store options to choose from. Great for travelers. In the middle of Tokyo's business district so you can plan around business hours accordingly. Beautiful station and quite clean facilities.

If you like cute mascots such as Hello Kitty or Gudetama, or animé such as Studio Ghibli, you'll find plenty of merchandise to spend your Yen on!

The Udong noodle restaurant is my personal favorite. Fast and fresh for a great price. Just try it...

Good character shop!! Please bring a lot money!! This character street can make you money gone like typhoon..

Rocommended to visit Tokyo Character Street, if you are seeking for goods and souvenirs from your beloved characters. There are a lot of stuffs and collections :))

Love this place! A very unique area that reunites many petite shops and Pop up spaces of different anime and manga related characters inside Tokyo Station. The greatest advantage for visitors is that holds in a relatively limited space the products of different companies that otherwise you will have to search all around Tokyo. Ideal for kill sometime window shopping while your train 🚆 departs or to get a cute souvenir if you are an Anime fan at ❤️.

Huge underground place. Can be very confusing, however the amount and variety of shops is amazing. Lots of shops but they are small.
