However, you would’ve been feeling a little bit of different image for the most meals. Because, in Japan, the most menu of eating out are no longer possible without chemical seasonings, and Japanese sake too, in spite of saying the pure rice. The agricultural chemicals and chemical seasonings are used in the most foods and beverages from home dining tables to the cuisine of luxury restaurant. But our restaurant serves all dishes with not using chemical seasoning and all sakes by traditional brewing methods with chemical free.
