Nice size gastropub. Good eats and great beers on tap

Nice brewery right in the middle of historic Williams (just steps away from old route 66). They have a wide selection of beers, so there are plenty of option to choose from. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. The food was also delicious.

Great little spot for good food and brews. The service was excellent. We had the nachos with brisket, pork pulled sandwich, burgers, Mac and cheese, and a flight. My favorite of the flight was the Piehole Porter Nitro. It was smooth and delicious. The best food item we had was the brisket. It was so tender and sweet. I'd come back again, just for the brisket and nitro Porter alone.

Great place. We went we're driving around AZ on vacation and got hungry. Saw this place and tried it out. The food was awesome. Unexpected find. Great burgers and large beer selection. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Def recommend.

I really enjoyed my experience here. They have about 16 beers on tap, all made at their Flagstaff location. They offer flights of 6 beers as well as a flight of all the beers they offer (for $40). They have a number of vegetarian options on the menu. Food was good.What really impressed me here was the service. I see other reviews here had poor service, but ours was outstanding. We were seated quickly and our server, Jake, was super friendly and helpful. He took time to tell us about each beer that was available and helped both people in my party decide which beers we would like best for our flights. He checked in on us several times and overall was just really friendly and attentive.They also sell a bunch of "beer gear" - t shirts, stickers, magnets, etc.

We come to Historic Brewing Co every summer when my parents get their season RV site. We make it a point to stop in, enjoy the latest brews on tap, and fill a few of our growlers before the drive home to Phoenix. They have a number menu items to enjoy and the food is always tasty. Not sure what to try, grab yourself a flight of 6. Patio seating is the best for great weather and people watching from all over world. Enjoy!

I was here on march 10th. Chrises foods were amazing. I had never tasted anything like it. 5 star employee and 5 star resturant. Thank you guys.

Well. It is not historic at all, but we thought it was. Their beer is just awesome. Number 7 and 14 conqured our hearts. The waiter was also very nice.

Great beer! Friendly service. But I can't give this review a five-star simply because there are no options to the menu for substitutions. I hope the owners reads this to understand customers need options. Why make our experience complicated? I simply wanted to substitute sweet potato fries for regular fries, the answer was no.. Also no bar stools at the bar.😫

Really good beer, brewed locally. Good food at decent prices for the area. Matt is the dankest waiter to ever wait. Great staff and experience all around.

Good beer and good food. Fast and friendly service. Plenty of seating. Park in the public parking across the street for easy parking. Gets a little busy after 6. There is a 7:30 street show off a shootout, it is a little hard to see from the outdoor seating.

Great food, fast friendly service, and a hip western atmosphere! I had the burger and it was wonderful, but the brisket sandwich that my mom had was absolutely to die for!

If you are looking for a place to drink and try something new than this is a great place to stop, unfortunately their food is pretty basic. Their fish and chips lacked flavor the fries appeared to be the bottom end of a serving. Great beer though and reasonably priced unlike their food. Definitely will stop again, but just for drinks.

This was the fastest meal I’ve gotten ever! It was so yummy! My kids devoured the homemade Mac and cheese! Kids got wikki sticks instead of crayons...even my big kids were happy!! Our waiter Cruz was super friendly!Perfect place to grab a meal after getting off the polar express!!
