Hiro Ramen & Tea

The tonkatsu ramen was one of the better versions I've had in a while. The pork belly and woodear mushrooms were particularly good quality. The fresh brewed teas are excellent as well. The robot service thing seems gimmicky but is actually quite efficient.

This trip to Hiro, I decided to go through the drive-through. On the self ordering system, I got Taro Milk Tea, Pork Belly Buns, and Tonkotsu Ramen with Chicken. The staff was very friendly and the order was finished quickly. The food was amazing, per usual. The pork belly buns have to be one of the best things on the menu. I can't wait to go back.

Very nice place. The robots are fun. A good amount of food and it's tasty (though maybe not as rich as some others). Food for one person in our group came out much later than others. It would be nice if it was easy to ask for things like 2 cups for sake right at order time.

This place was amazing. I was in Columbus for an appointment, now I will drive an hour regularly just to eat here.

My fiance and I decided to stop in and try Hiro ramen after driving by it all the time. We were not disappointed, the food was delicious as well as their drinks! The robots are adorable and a plus, would highly recommend this place :)

This was a fun place to bring my kids. Food was good and we had a fun time watching the robot server.

Been here several times and every time it is so so good

I did a takeout order for the grilled chicken ramen yesterday. I never put a tip and put the 13 dollars on the receipt and signed. Hiro Ramen decided to do fraud and put a 4 dollar tip on my takeout order. Currently disputing the fraud charges.

My siblings and I have been here twice, and each time it was worth it. Not only is the food authentic and delicious, the little robots add a cute ambience to the restaurant. If you’re looking for your new ramen spot—this is it!

The staff was really friendly and helpful to us newbies. The format here is a little non-traditional. All orders are placed through a web app whether you are dining in, getting take out or going through the drive thru. They do have some kiosks at the front for take out though. While dining in, you seat yourself and scan an QR code to be taken to your table specific order page. Once you place your order and pay online (cash options are also available) then comes the fun part. A delivery robot brings the food to your table. We heard a variety of greetings from the robot so it'll be a slightly different experience each time. It all creates a fun and unique atmosphere. On top of all that, the food was delicious! We tried the Black Garlic Ramen. It was high quality and well prepared. They also have a good variety of bubble teas here. Make sure to stop in here!

I ordered Vegetarian Ramen with added corn and shrimp, and it was very delicious. It was also cool to see a robot deliver the food to my table!

The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. When dining here, you have to put in some effort to even order your food. You scan the QR code at the table, which also lets the robot know where to deliver your meal. There are also signs on your table and around the restaurant reminding you to bus your own table. It comes out as it's finished in the kitchen, not as it was ordered. I had the pork belly upon, the pork belly was thinly sliced and over cooked, it was rather dry, which is hard to do with pork belly. The Udon noodles were decent. The sauce was not overly flavorful, even though I ordered it spicy. I may give it another chance, but it will not be for anything containing dry pork belly.

Somewhat disappointing experience. The robots are super cute but after the wow factor is gone it's just a shelf that moves. The food itself wasn't hot just warm making it feel like the food wasn't made "fresh". The taste was not bad but not great either. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen and the rose yogurt green tea and the flavors were weak... Probably won't be returning but was a good thing to experience nonetheless.

Three star food, five star robots. Food is very lightly seasoned and not particularly high quality. However the novelty of the remodeled Wendy’s into a food-serving-robot noodle joint is pretty amazing. Very few veggie options - would like to see more vegan and vegetarian options added to the menu.

This place is a must try . The food was good . It came out hot and fresh . The cool thing about this place is you can order and get your food without interacting with people because a robot brings you your food.
