Hiro Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar

Hiro is an all-around thrill! The chef we had when we celebrated my brother and my birthdays was nothing short of amazing. He kept our party entertained, did lots of tricks, acted as if he knew us personally, was generous with the helpings, and offered tips on ordering for our next visit. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Not great. Lol Have not been here in many years and will not likely be going back. Also smelled bad and was a bit dirty.

The best hibachi restaurant that I’ve been to in this area. I’ve been to the ones in Jacksonville and drove over an hour to eat here. The trip was well worth it!

Service was so so. Specialty sushi rolls were HUGE. Prices on regular sushi rolls were great. All and all good experience. Bathrooms were clean. Servers and hostess could be more personable.

Good chef super nice put on a nice show. Not sure I would go back food was just ok That's just my opinion. Price was fair

I go here all the time when I visit from Maryland! My personal favorite restaurant that I’ve ever been too! I always go for special events like birthdays or anniversaries. Can always recommend and now with a rewards program I can’t wait to rack up a ton of points! Food can be a little pricey (~20) for one persons meal but they give you a ton of food and you always have leftovers that are still as good as off the grill the next day! I can always recommend the Yakisoba sauce if you enjoy sweet sauces. Give it a try!

Great sushi specials and awesome service.

We celebrated my daughter's 15th birthday here and the service was excellent. I didn't know if I would be able to eat hibachi due to my gluten and dairy sensitivity, but the hostess told me to let my server know and they could accomodate me. Please note that the soup contains gluten. They steered me away from the salad as well. Instead of the hibachi chicken being cooked in front of me, they cooked my food in the kitchen. I was so delighted that I could still enjoy one of my favorite meals without suffering the ill effects of gluten and dairy! I still wasn't able to eat the white sauce nor the brown sauce. I honestly did not need it because the food was so tasty! I will definitely eat here again!

Jordan was our chef and he did phenomenal. Not only with the cooking experience and interaction at the table but the food was great. The portions we're huge and all the staff we encountered were very friendly.

Food and chef were great. Had to wait for an extra 40 minutes to be seated even though we had reservations.

I really enjoyed it the first time. This time it was still great, but I felt they cut the noodle portion which is mine & my fiancees favorite part. The food is cooked to perfection right in front of you. The steaks were so tender. My shrimp was delicious 😋. For some reason, you always fill up fast which means yummy leftovers. ☺️

Took my mom here while she was visiting in town and she loved the experience to include my 3 year old who is now a big fan. The hibachi chef was amazing and created a very fun environment for everyone at the table to include the kids. Food was great. Will definitely come here again.

Sometimes a wait while they fill your table but overall, good quality and a good price for the amount of food you get.

Great food and experience! Service was fantastic. If you haven't been to a hibachi style restaurant this would be a great one to be your first. Also have really good sushi!
