Diver City is one of the 3 major department stores and it is the famous due to its mascot the life size Unicorn Gundam Mobile Suit. The transformation show times are from 1930 to 2130 at 30 min intervals. Definitely worth the trip just for it.

Very fun and for what it costs it's worth the money. It might seem boring but there are supprisingly fast rollercoasters and games that require a lot of space in there. My first impressions of the place were great

The unicorn gundam statue outside the mall is amazing! If you happen to time it right, the statue actually "transforms" every couple of hours which consists of the face and armor swap out from Unicorn mode to destroy mode. They even add the sound effects. The mall itself is fine with a decent food court. I had the pork katsu and it was pretty greasy but in a good way.

Yes! There is a store in the department store itself, plus a small container sized store next to the giant Gundam outside.

It moves 4 times a day (not the whole figure but parts of head, chest and knee pieces) from being in Destroy mode to Unicorn mode. It does not walk but just transform.
