this was my go-to for years. their tori paitan was a superior product, but once they stopped serving chicken wings and swapped out for cheaper vegetables, I was so disappointed. normally would be 5 stars, but they cheaped out on ingredients and is no longer the same

This place is my favored. I eat in many restaurants but to this one I go the most. The crew is very helpful and the food they serve is so flavorful. I would always prefer to have a decent dinner here. Highly recommended.

I came here at around lunch time (peak time) and the service was still incredibly fast. I ordered the vegetarian/vegan ramen and the flavors were phenomenal. All the ingredients complemented each other and the broth was full of that umami flavor. Highly recommend coming here, even if a little pricey.

We went here because my office colleague recommendation to try their Hamaguri ramen which is my favorite now. the ramen was very tasty and broth is exceptional . Customer service is quick and responsive,

Great konbu broth, very light flavor but satisfying. Would definitely recommend at least once since the broth is what makes it stand out from other ramen restaurants.

We arrived at this place for dinner. we heard about this place from quite a few people. Well, it was a winning. the staff members were so friendly and we had a great feeling. The food was just great. We had a great time and we will visit this place again. Highly recommended.

This was heartwarming food! Let's start with the exciting part for vegan and vegetarians: they have ramen for us! That is already a huge winner, because it is very rare to find this dish without any animal based broth. And it was great! Light and tasty and with their characteristic noodles cooked to perfection. Great food, nice decor. Just don't go on a rush, they have a line... so beware and take your time.

They have a good variety of soups and then you also have add ons for a little extra. Overall, the value is great. Service is friendly and seems on top of things.

Great ramen broth and unique tasting noodles. A must try.

In love with their vegan ramen and I am a meat lover. That says a lot. Creamy broth with depth that beg you to lick the bowl clean. Springy hand made noodle. Fried kale bits mix perfectly with the soft shiitake mushroom. Oh my oh my. I have never loved ramen so much.

I visit this marvelous place once a month as I love the good air that is unique to this place. The staff is extremely attentive and well trained. The service is deeply rapid. Needless to say, the food they prepare is good. I have been there more than once and I was never disappointed. The pay is honest. I highly suggest this restaurant to to all.

I've tried every ramen place in SF and this is the best one hands down. The quality of ingredients, the service, the atmosphere, and of course the sheer DELICIOUSNESS of every bowl. I can't wait for them to take over the world.
