I have had a solid 6 year search high and low and all over the city for the best Chinese food takeout. Let me save you the money and hassle- Hing Lung is it. Il never order any where else again.

Eat here because Pikachu will sell you a dozen eggrolls for $12. Classic stereotypical American Chinese takeout experience with HK vibe. Food is good.

Maybe my expectations were too high. The price wasn't too bad, but the food was mediocre at best. I probably wouldn't go back

best chinese food downtown, always hot fresh and delicious, super friendly service, highly recommend

the first time i ordered from Hing Lung i was a bit dissapointed with my order since my food was underseasoned. but i am very happy i gave them an other chance. i have ordered multiple times from them afterwards and evreything was always spot on. they have some of the best chicken balls, and spare ribs ive had and the service is always very fast.

Basically has a cult following in the Byward :)

We got food from here tonight for the first time and it was great. Food was good, portions were large and the staff very friendly. Will go back.

I have been here twice for my personal favourite, beef and broccoli with steamed rice. It has been very fresh and perfectly cooked both times! I have had better spring rolls but I've also had worse....they are still tasty, could just improve the filling. The man who has served me both times is very nice and cheerful! Thank you!
