I've been here on a couple occasions now. The staff are polite and knowledgeable about their menu, which is simple and just what I need for coffee drinks. The desserts and food items are delicious. Reza is the best, very accommodating. The positive vibes and beautiful soft light in the patio area also make for some great photos 📸

SO BEAUTIFUL! It has this calm spa like ambiance that just invites you in… the baked goods and dessert quietly scream luxury but the price is shockingly reasonable. The latte I had was perfect and the extra workspace in the back leaves much to the imagination for coworking or meetings or friendly dates. The owner was a gem, love that the cafe is named after her dog! I live across the street and feel so blessed to have access to this sacred cafe space, I’m so glad they are here and wish their business longevity and success!

Nice design (cakes and interior). The cakes are good, inspired by French recipes, with twists. But it’s clearly overpriced for the culinary aspect of it.

Very nice place, to spend a relaxing moment, you will find delicious desserts, highly recommended.

I got excited when I saw something opened in this space, and it did not disappoint. The interior is beautiful! My wife and I stopped in at night and were really impressed by how gorgeous the desserts were. The service was wonderful, and the woman explained what all the different desserts were. We opted for the lotus cookie cream jar, which was delicious and not overly sweet. I loved it so much I went back the next morning to try the coffee and pastries! The orange blossom latte is really unique and again, not overly sweet. The woman explained that their in-house pastry chefs make all the coffee syrups as well. The brioche was really lovely. The outside was crisp and the inside was moist and flavorful. The space is really big and extends behind the storefront with outdoor seating, although I prefer the little window nooks inside. Next time you’re in the East Village, give this family business a try!

Everything about this place is wonderful. I'm glad it's low-key and doesn't have long lines on weekends. Things you should know: I. PARKING You'll have to rely on street parking for this cafe II. SERVICE The owner, himself, took my order. He kindly let me know his wife decorated the interior and they support a local floral business with arrangements around the shop. Also, the place is dog friendly..! III. QUALITY I really enjoyed the fine details of this cafe, including the custom made pottery I drank my double espresso from. The pastries? Phenomenal. As a baker myself, the slightly acidic strawberry reduction was a beautiful pairing with the alkaline and fluffy sesame cream.! Highly recommend trying the black sesame dessert. IV. CAPACITY Seating is slim. There's about 5 tables up front and then seating that continues in the back.

I love the decor, the orange blossom coffee was amazing! My son really loved their fresh pressed orange juice. We are going to be regulars there!

Hinar is absolutely stunning in every way from the aesthetics, the customer service and the quality of their products. Absolutely gorgeous space that is dog friendly. Gorgeous space to work, with an outdoor space to sit as well. 10/10 recommend!

If you are looking a good quality coffee and interested to try new things then you must try this this coffee shop. Their modern design blend in with Kurdish culture home furniture. Owner said his wife design entire this coffee shop and I think that she did amazing job. Perfect place to drink your coffee with peace or May be meet friend and have good time together. I tried their Orange Blossom Latte which made by owner special recipe, I love it. It’s not very sweet and I can feel the taste of orange is blooming in my mouth after sipping the coffee. if you are not fan of very sweet things then this is for you. You must try! Blend of coffee is perfect. Service is great and they are very friendly. It is going to be our one of the favorite stop from now for sure.

So beautiful and delicious! Was pleasantly surprised by the service and atmosphere. All around 10/10 experience. Highly recommend the black sesame and strawberry cake pairing :)

Hinar is a beautiful cafe with a great atmosphere mixed with great coffees and desserts. The space feels very well done and plenty of open seating between three different sections, two indoor, one outdoor (which is a shared space) and pet friendly as well. Very much enjoyed the staff as well, very friendly and courteous and the owner was on site for a great conversation as well. Will definitely be returning.
