Recommended by a friend. Great choice. The food was delicious. We weren't rushed and the service was fast and friendly.

The hillstone burger is the best burger in the city. The emerald kale chicken salad is amazing. The pressed sushi is unique. The space is excellent and the service is great. Their bottles water brand leaves something to be desired and they cannot accept parties of 8 or more people, which is odd.

Rly great atmosphere. Food is good but over priced. Impossible to get a seat if no reservations or not at an off time

Buyer be aware, they changed their recipe for the braised red cabbage. They replaced sugar/sweetness with butter, which doesn't make sense. Anyways, the service is always consistent and attentive. They are slowly making small changes and something is just not quiet good as before.

This is was my first time eating at this Hillstone location. TLDR: I love their food, staff, and interior. I came here for a quick eat with my friends before booking it to Grand Central. Due to having to fit in a quick bite with friends we just got the artichoke dip appetizer (DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AT ANY HILLSTONE LOCATION) and fries. The fries are amazing and I love the selection of sauce and ketchup, but the artichoke dip. Such a simple concept but boy is it savory. The chips are home made and the dip is creamy and has a strong unami flavor at the same time. The interior of Hillstone was premium. The staff was very courteous too, only complaint is we mentioned we would need to be out quick but it seems this wasn’t communicated between host and waiter, service was still adequately quick though. Staff was also good about bringing more chips and refilling water when we were low. I’m excited to come back for a longer diner some time!

Hillstone is great. Finding the door is a little hard, however everything else is great and easy. The service is a little blurry. The staff however are completely fine. Always with a smile and easy. The time it takes -depending on how crowded it is- to make the food can vary. Their burgers are really good, as well as their salads and chicken fingers. But what really sets off the experience is their ribs and fries. The ribs are always tasty and not tough. And their fries are so addictive. Overall the restaurant is a pleasure to go to, as long as you’re comfortable spending a little more.

Very good and quality food. Service is great and fast. However the side salad is getting small and small by the time..and sometimes they offering bread and sometimes not.The Hawaiian steak is very good and highly recommend. Of course I will come back again:)Bon appetit.

Very high quality American/Asian fusion! Steak lovers won't be disappointed at all, as well as those who likes sushi! Big place, trendy crowd, nice modern decor. Can't go wrong with this place. Reservations are recommended if you don't wanna wait for about half an hour to get seated!

Let me start off by saying this place has some of the best service I've ever seen at a restaurant. Staff was very friendly and service was fast. They took note that we're vegetarians. The sushi is great here. Everything else we got was just ok. Veggie burger was not great and the "fries" are way too thin and crunchy. They're more like chips. They also don't have vegetarian ketchup here which is really strange. Dessert was very good though we got the ice cream sundae. Drinks were also great. Price wasn't too high either. Loved the ambiance and size of the restaurant.

The food is incredible, soundproof walls make the city nonexistent, and the ambience is perfect for any occasion, especially special ones. For a fancy restaurant, they definitely nailed it!

Always good to get to a Hillstone - no matter the city... Denver, Houston, Dallas or NYC... good food, good drinks, great service. Love it every time! We will always return!

A great place to have lunch or dinner. Ribs are one of the best in town and also the burgers. A must try.Atmosphere is chill and place is packed during the afternoon so plan ahead.Service is very professional and warm.This is a place to pay a visit
