Hibachi Express

If I could give below a one star, I would. This place is horrible, it have bad customer service and it’s a rip-off. They gave me the wrong things, didn’t provide me the things I needed for my food, and the lady on the phone was really rude. I don’t really experience bad customer service but this is the worst to be honest. I asked for a refund but she kept talking over me and is willing to give me $10 off. I wouldn’t recommend to order from this place at all!! The food you get at the price you pay is totally a rip-off. You get a dinner meal and it’s the size of a kids meal.

The food was good a little dry and the restaurant was hot as heck. Nice amount for the price you pay. I had the shrimp hibachi. I think I would eat there again not my 1st choice but I would go back

Idk who answers the phone but they are extremely rude first off. Secondly, they made my order incorrectly and when I called to complain the person did offer to make my food over for no charge... AFTER hanging up on me twice and telling me I never placed an order with them. I don’t drive so I ordered through door dash. When I tried to ask if they deliver he rudely cut me off and hung up on me again. The food is decent but definitely not good enough for the behavior of the worker on the phone. After I pick my food up I definitely will never spend money at this establishment again.
