Hey Noodles

Cozy environment with diverse food variety. I ordered a beef brisket and it was absolute tasty. We can pick our own type of noodles, spiciness as well as the side dishes. The price is reasonable compared to its generous amount. The servers are super friendly and patient explaining my questions. It was an amazing experience overall!

Super tasty and at a good price point. The broth for the beef brisket was tasty. The portion is good and the refill on noodles makes it way better. Forgot to take a pic of the popcorn chicken but that was also tasty as well, pretty aromatic. Definitely a good alternative ramen place.

Cozy, new space with a number of small tables. Server was really nice and actually gave me a free jelly dessert. Noodles were nice and chewy. You can indicate spice level. Everything was well portioned. They only take cash and debit.

The tomato soup with beef brisket was very tasty. The best aspect of this order is the customizability of the soup. I had regular spicy with extra numb, which for me was the perfect balance. One star was lost for this review because the rice noodle arrived over cooked and too soft. Also, the centre of each piece of beef brisket was still cool to temperature. The fruit drinks (pomelo, and kumquat) are both very well flavoured and highly recommended.

It is recommended by friends to eat here, this restaurant is decorated very well, the food is very delicious. There is a very nice waitress named Shirley. I do not know what to order, she patiently introduced me. I did not finish the meal, she offered to help me pack, I am very appreciate that. There are friendly and helpful waiters here, and the food is delicious, so recommended! I will come often, also a nice place to hanging out with friends at night.

This place is a great hidden gem!!! They have hot soups and cold noodles, endless noodles!! It's inexpensive totally worth the visit! The restaurant is small and clean! Fast food service too! Would recommend

There is good variety and choices. The prices are also reasonable. Free refills on noodle orders! Portion sizes are generous and the broth is super tasty. The owner also shared with us their signature dessert. Service is quick!

Ordered the Tomato and Brisket Noodle dish. For the most part I thoroughly enjoyed eating this for lunch. My only criticism (food wise) is that it's not exactly beef brisket. It wasn't soft and fell apart in flakes like the beef brisket that I usually encounter in other places; it had a harder, less chewy texture. Still decent, just a little misleading. Also my other major criticism is for paying at the end. I'm guilty of never carrying cash with me, so it was a complete surprise to me that I was not allowed to use my debit card to pay for my order unless if it was more than $30. They never had any signage to indicate this so I felt a little miffed.

It was girls night out, having dinner and celebrate birthdays. Very good service, food is very delicious, you can create your bowl to your liking... Very interesting! Mine was spicy ground pork-rice noodles-xtra peanut-cilantro, and jelly with brown sugar is our desert, we share it - 3 bowls for 8 of us, fresh and tasty.

I’m glad this place opened a location closer to me. I ordered my noodles with pork belly and all of the free toppings. The pork belly had the perfect meat to fat ratio and the chunks were huge. The noodles were cooked perfectly and had a great texture. I wish the broth was a bit more salty but everything was so tasty so it didn’t really matter. The free refill is a nice perk but they give you so much already.The service is also pretty good compared to other Chinese restaurants. My male server was especially kind and helpful.
