Hero Certified Burgers

Ok food... Not existing customer service!!I usually like hero burger but today this location was disappointing. The food was ok, the new crispy chicken isn't bad, but not my taste. The location want clean and good leftovers were under our table. My shoes started making this noise when they get sticky when walking in this location.The person taking our order didn't even try to smile or be nice. Once we received our order I asked for mayonnaise and spicy sauce. The cashier (man) made a being annoyed sound when walking to the kitchen and picking it up. I said thanks and sorry to bother you.... To which he didn't even reply...Won't come back to this location with my family.

Service was good. I ordered a SOUL burger which is vegetarian and it was just awful! It tasted like rubber.I wouldnt recommend that burger to anyone. I have ordered a Cajun chicken burger and that was quite tasty.

Great tasting burger, made fresh with the right amount of sauces and condiments. Always a treat. The cashier was also very pleasant and nice to interact with.
