Amazing quality, although the portions are a bit small to my usual liking

Rude staffwe were there today on 3.30 pm eating launch, my kids are 4 yr old and 2 y old the staff were so rude one of them yelling at my kid(2 y old) cause he accidentally dropped the wet floor sign and the same man yelled at my other kid 4y old cause she is wandering in the store, the food were not as expected, cold and not cooked well i do not recommend this place to any one

If you are on the go and are craving for a delicious burger - this is a place to hit ! Keep in mind the burgers are not cheap but will def hit the spot ! Halal Beef burgers available , do suggest to double check !

I walked by and noticed they had fried chicken so I stopped in. The food was hot and great tasting. There is always a bit of a wait but that's because the food is made fresh.

Asked the cashier what is the non sugar drink they offer in combo, he sighed and said water like I was supposed to no. Dint like the way he sighed at me. Im the only customer there. I think that guy was the manager.

It's ok. Tried the signature Angus beef burger here for the first time. A little wobbly in a weird way, but tender on the inside for sure.I think 8oz of that kind of meet was too much for a sandwich. Wouldn't try the beef sandwich again.

UW as in the area for work and hungry so I decided to give them a try and I am glad I did. Great food for reasonable price, clean place and nice staff.

The owner of this store might charge for napkins as well. Such a cheap guy. Probably the dirtiest Hero Burgers place ever. The staff is rude and unfriendly

This place offers clean and great tasting food. A little high on price but great options.In my view the heavy hitter is the best burger option.

Mediocre food service. More like a fast food service. Burger quality has gone down from the last time I remember eating it a year or so ago. Menu is confusing and quite over priced for the quality and quantity you get. I rather go to burgernator or top gun steak and pay the same amount for a burger combo. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this franchise. Disappointed to see where it’s ended up. But, I will probably try it again next year.

Had this last night for dinner wasnt rlly the best burger like everyone says it is

It's been a long time since I last had Hero Burger. I remeber it being good but even still was pleasantly surprised by how good my burger tasted today. So good!The service was great today too, very friendly and accomodating with requests for our kids.To top it off its nice when a place offers Gluten Free options that don't suck. My wife and kids love being able to eat well and enjoy a great burger with a great Gluten Free bun, something that's rare.
