Henion bakery recently made our wedding cake. Working with them was such a pleasure, they made everything easy and stress free. The cake was not only beautiful but absolutely delicious! We got the golden pound cake with strawberry buttercream filling and white vanilla icing. Our guests loved the cake and so did we.

Your local bakery in Amherst. Very good danish, a daily scone and muffin, excellent donuts and cookies, and great breads and coffee. Much, much, much better cakes than you can get in the supermarket.

The BEST Honey Glazed donuts anywhere! Make sure to get there early on Saturday...these are so popular the run out by 12 noon...sometimes earlier!

I made sure to get both Sweet and Savory options to try. The bread was definitely my favorite. You could taste that they were more passionate about their baking than pastries. The Chocolate Croissant was fairly dense and lackluster. They had a good amount of items to select from. So, I'm keeping this on the list of places to try again.
