Best cup-cakes in all of Washington!! Great customer service!

It was OK, over priced, not worth 3.00 for an average cupcake. Wouldnt go back again

The cupcakes were delightfully flavorful, moist and beautiful! We ended up spending a lovely family Saturday afternoon hanging out and devouring these lovely creations.

We have ordered cupcakes from here several times, they are hands down the best around when it comes to taste, the frosting is delicious, not overly sweet, so incredibly moist and gorgeous! They are so creative! Got July's banana split flavor of the month, and it was so awesome, I was worried it would be too much banana flavor but it was a total hit, everyone loved them! The carrot cake, raspberry lemonade and pina colada were amazing, and of course the original flavors are always incredible. We drive from South Hill Puyallup just for this place even though we have cupcake shops right in town, nobody can compare to Hello Cupcake!

We are big Hello, Cupcake fans. I feel like we have come here every few months ever since they opened and I subconsciously compare every other cupcake place I go to this one and this one wins everytime. We love their carrot cupcakes the best but they always have some fun new flavor whenever we go.

We got one of their Boston Cream cupcakes, it was delicious. They had a huge flavor selection. Sadly they didn't have any gluten free or vegan cupcakes. Definitely recommend stopping in to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Such a great little shop! My wife and I have been here a few times and we are always pleased! February is National Heart Month and Hello makes special cupcakes for CHD awareness week! Unfortunately we weren’t able to make it in and pick one up but it just great to see the support! This is a wonderful small business and they have a quality product that is perfect for every occasion! Check this place out!

I've never received such amazing customer service. It was my sister's birthday recently and we haven't seen her in almost a year. We obviously couldn't visit because of Covid-19, so we wanted to do something special for her. We couldn't find a single restaurant or bakery that was able to deliver. The absolutely LOVELY woman at Hello Cupcakes went above and beyond to make and deliver delicious, amazing cupcakes to my sister. I cannot stress how much this act of kindness means to all of us. Plus the cupcakes are incredible!!!

Ok. These are OK. The frosting tastes kinda oily to me and the cake is alittle dry.

Every time we go in there are new fun flavors and the cupcakes are all decorated so beautifully. Great prices for great quality cupcakes! :) it's always a special treat to visit.

The customer service was very poor. The female helping me didn't seem like she wanted to be there and like I was bothering her.

I planned a baby shower for a weekend in June 2018. So I talked with the Baker and we decided on Purple and Blue icing - with pearls and shimmers on the tops. They where amazing and a great hit. Got them on time and the price is well worth it and will use them again for the next party. So soft and sweet but not so sweet that it hurts :) Just amazing , thank you HELLO CUPCAKE!!
