HCM is a specialty grocery store with local produce, prepared foods, seafood and fine meats We have a deli and a coffee shop. Our restaurant operates as Walter's Green Room, formerly Walter's Coffee and Speakeasy and The Green Room. We combined them into one room. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner except on Mondays. The Speakeasy is open each evening at 4pm except for Sundays. We offer a full bar and specialty martinis. We can hold up to 45 in our private dining room for your private event. Need catering? We have that in-house too.
