The hamburgers are as close to homemade as you can get from a business. I like my fries extra extra crispy & they never fail to provide them just perfect!

We didn't receive fries and toast with the burger steak dinner. We ordered 2cups of white gravy extra and didn't get them The gravy we did get, both white and brown, was cold. We are very dissatisfied with them.

Ate at the one on Ridgemont in Abilene. Trash on tables, not all drink selections worked, had to ask for ice. Not a lot of customers were there. Staff was friendly,but the burgers used to be better before they started expanding the franchise. Too bad.

When Wholly Cow went out of business, I was worried I would find a decent burger shop around town, but then I found Heff's and they're even better. The wait times are around 10 minutes, but the food is great. Plus they sell milkshakes.

My friend and I were driving through Abilene and found Heff's on a quick google search. I'm happy we found it! Awesome burgers and fries! The ice cream is amazing...

ORDERED THE JALAPENO BURGER WITH GRILLED JALAPENOS AND ONIONS AND IT CAME WITH NEITHER. ALSO THE BREAD WAS SUPER COLD. WENT AHEAD AND TOLD THE CASHIER AND HE DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE AND OFFERED ME COLD JALAPENOS INSTEAD..SMH. TOLD THEM TO REMAKE THE BURGER AND STILL WASNT AS I HAD WANTED IT. NEVER AGAIN.

The burgers are to die for! Have eaten there on a few occasions. Even stopped in for a shake once, yummy! Food takes a bit long to get but is fresh and hot! Parking is easy. Staff was a little less than helpful this last time. It's like they all wanted to talk to each other or on their phones, something else was more important. Not cool guys. But otherwise great food!

I really love their burgers and tator tots. Have been to most of their locations never a problem. Have to say I was very disappointed with location across from mall of Abilene. Small roaches crawling on counter by drink fountain and napkins. Found another crawling on table where we were eating. Brought to managers attention, she said she couldn't do anything about it. That we would have to contact the owner. Was not looking for freebies just disappointed in way managers hands tied, unable to refund or compensate for discusting roaches on table as family tried to eat. Will dine at other locations just never at this location again

Not the best burger in town anymore. Burgers are soggy and the bun usually disintegrates before you can finish it. Fries are still really good though.

Ok burgers, the rolls are great, but 9 dollars for a burger then 3 extra dollars for drink and fries.... that's ambitious. Also the place has awful decor, dark and feels dirty.

Went with a school group of 24 people, we had the Bacon Cheeseburger meal and the burger was tasty.Service was spot on, they made sure no one was missed with food. All in all, a goid experience. Thanks!!
